I am just getting around to this-I do apologise, Britt, for taking so long! My blogger friend, Britt awarded me the Stylish Blogger Award a long time ago....I have not forgotten, though!

My friend Britt is 19 years old, and writes from her heart with an encouraging smile in her words. She is mature beyond her age. I am surprised constantly by her posts. I love this young woman! Please visit Britt's blog, called Encouragement For Everyday Struggles.

I have been blogging now for almost four years. I deleted a lot of my posts a while ago when I felt that they were all so whiney and depressing. I have thought about how blogging has taken a strange place in my life. First of all, I only started doing it because I wanted to learn how to use a computer for my business. I had no idea the places blogging would take me, or the many friends I would meet along the way.

And photography was a pure surprise-I could never have imagined how looking through a little hole in a bunch of plastic and metal would reveal so much of 'me' to me, and to any one who cared to read my blog.

I have always loved to write, and loved even more-to read. When I was about 13 years old, I saved my allowance for a pocket dictionary. I loved that thing! It was red, and it fit perfectly in my back jeans pocket. So I put it there, and imagined people could see it and discover how smart I was...

So thank you, faithful friends and readers, passers-by, and family, for stopping by here. Thank you for all the comments and encouragement along the way. I am excited about what God is doing in my life.
