Dish to Pass

Stuffed Camel

1 medium camel
5 pounds almonds
60 eggs
 5 Tbsp. black pepper
20 medium chickens
110 gallons water
5 pounds pine nuts
salt to taste
25 pounds rice
1 large lamb
2 & 1/2 pounds pistachio nuts

Skin, trim & clean the camel, lamb and chickens. Boil til tender. Cook rice. Fry nuts til brown
& mix with rice. Hard boil & peel eggs.
Stuff chickens with rice & eggs.
Stuff the lamb with 5 chickens & some rice.
Stuff the camel with lamb & rice.
Broil in a large enough (this is important) oven til brown.
Spread the remaining mixed rice on a large tray & place camel on top.
Place remaining chickens around camel.
Decorate rice with eggs & nuts.

Serves 80-100 people.

Now this one actually brought a laugh out of me --- a laugh you could hear --- not just a giggle! OK! This is on my menu for Thanksgiving!!!!
